With White Label Pills you don't have to worry! All of our packages are sent without any indication of the package contents, no brand names, or White Label Pills name. The only address apart from yours is a FREEPOST return address.
We never send invoices out in the mail to any address and your bank statement or PayPal account will not mention the products ordered or the name White Label Pills. It will say SCL Ltd.
Depending on your selected method of delivery your packaging will be a completely opaque padded bag, or a silver plastic padded bag. See the picture below
We try and despatch all of our orders the same day or at the very latest early the next day.
We offer a full tracking service on our website and you will also receive an email with your tracking number.

Standard Royal Mail within the UK is £4.95 and will take between 2 to 3 days to arrive.
Guaranteed Next Day Before 1pm Delivery within the UK (Order before 4pm) - £8.95
International shipping is a fixed price of £6.50
Next Day International shipping with DHL is a fixed price of £44.99
Next Day delivery - You have to sign for your order when it arrives.
If you're not in when your order is delivered the package will be left at your local post office / interlink depot and a card left

If you have placed an order and changed your mind, this is fine, you can cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund, and if the goods have been delivered you can return them to us to SCL Ltd, PO Box 152, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 5WR
We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our stock is always at the highest level and in the unfortunate instances where an item is received that is faulty we will exchange this item for you on the day that we receive it back from you.
In the event of a faulty item, you can return it to a FREEPOST address that will be provided upon your request.
We aim to refund you either by cheque or credit on your credit or debit card within 30 days of cancellation. As part of your duty of care we request that items being returned are received back.
